Noon Marketing Studio
Privacy policy
This English version is a translation for your convenience. If there is any difference, the Spanish version prevails.
This policy explains how your personal data is processed when you visit noonmarketingstudio.com, take the free marketing check, book a call or write by email, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
1. Data controller
Controller: Nune Arzumanyan (Noon Marketing Studio)
NIE / tax ID: Y7079783Y
Address: Calle Madrid, 14, Badalona (Barcelona), Spain
2. What data is processed and why
Free marketing check
While you take the check, your answers are only used in your browser to calculate your score and are not sent anywhere. If you ask to receive your quick wins by email, your email address, your answers, your score and the page where you took the check are processed.
- Purpose: to send you your results and, as you agree in the form's checkbox, to contact you about them.
- Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
You will not receive newsletters or regular marketing emails unless you separately and explicitly agree to them.
Booking a call
If you book a call through the Google booking calendar, you provide your name, your email and any information you choose to add.
- Purpose: to arrange and hold the call.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Contact by email
If you write to hello@noonmarketingstudio.com, your contact details and the content of your message are processed in order to reply. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) or, otherwise, your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Clients
If you hire a service, the data needed to provide and invoice it is processed (art. 6.1.b GDPR), as well as to meet tax and accounting obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
Analytics and advertising
Only if you accept them in the cookie banner, Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel are used to measure visits and the effectiveness of ads (art. 6.1.a GDPR). See the Cookie policy for details.
3. How long data is kept
- Marketing check, bookings and enquiries: up to 2 years from the last contact, unless you ask for deletion or withdraw your consent earlier.
- Clients: for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods required by law (generally 6 years for accounting and tax records).
- Cookies: the periods listed in the Cookie policy.
4. Who data is shared with
Your data is not sold or passed on to third parties, except where required by law. These providers are used to run the service and process data on the controller's behalf:
- Hostinger: website hosting and email.
- Google: booking calendar and website fonts (Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads) and, only if you accept, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Meta Platforms: Meta pixel, only if you accept advertising cookies.
- Cloudflare: Turnstile, which checks that a form is sent by a person and not a bot. It only runs when you use a form and processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details (legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the site, art. 6.1.f GDPR).
5. International transfers
Google, Meta and Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States. These transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hello@noonmarketingstudio.com and stating which right you want to exercise. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. If needed, you may be asked for information to verify your identity.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Minors
This website's services are aimed at businesses and professionals. Data of children under 14 is not knowingly processed.
8. Security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied to protect your data, such as an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and protected account access.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
