Busywork,automated.

AI agents and automations for the work you repeat every day: follow-ups, bookings, reminders and reports. Built around the tools you already use, so nothing falls through the cracks.

Automation is the smart home.

Your website is the flat and ads are the furniture. Automation makes the house run itself: replies go out on time, reminders never slip, and nobody is left waiting for an answer.

I start by looking at how you work today. Then I automate the tasks that eat your time, one at a time, and check that each one really saves hours before moving on to the next.

How much time could you get back?

Move the sliders with your own numbers. You'll see what repetitive work costs you today, and what automating part of it could give back.

4hours back every week
€8,300a year in time back
17hours a month
26working days a year
€693a month

Your numbers, your estimate. In a free call I check which tasks can really be automated and what they'd cost to run.

A clear price, before I build

Each automation is quoted after a free call, once I know your tools and what you want to save. If something needs a paid tool or AI usage, you'll know the monthly cost upfront. Everything runs in your own accounts.

From busywork to autopilot.

We look at how you work today and where the hours go.

Plan

I list what to automate first and how much time each step should save.

Build & test

I build it with your tools and test it with real cases.

Hand-over

You get it running, with a short guide, and I check it keeps working.

What people usually ask.

Do I need to change my tools?

Usually not. I build around what you already use, like email, your calendar, spreadsheets or your CRM, and only suggest something new when it clearly saves time or money.

What does it cost to keep running?

Many automations run on tools you already pay for. When something needs a paid tool or AI usage, I tell you the monthly cost before I build it.

Is my data safe?

Everything runs in your own accounts, and each step only gets the access it needs. You can switch any automation off at any time.

Will AI talk to my customers?

Only if you want it to. I prefer AI that sorts and drafts, with a person approving anything that matters. Your customers should never feel stuck talking to a robot.

What if something stops working?

I test every automation with real cases before hand-over. If an app you use changes and something breaks, I can fix it, or we set up ongoing support.

Do you work outside Spain?

Yes. I work with businesses worldwide, fully online, in English, Spanish or Russian.

What would you like off your plate?

Tell me which task eats your time. I'll tell you if it can be automated, and roughly what it would save.

Your email app opens with the message ready to send, and I reply myself.

Noon, who builds every automation herself
